How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch all items from Monday to Friday. The daily cutoff time for same day dispatch is 10am. We have 24h and 48h delivery options, please note if you order after 10am on a given day your order wont be dispatched until the next working day. We offer worldwide shipping.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you your tracking code directly. Tracking information generally becomes available 12-24 hours after you place the order.
Can I pay using my debit/credit card?
Yes you can! We accept all major credit/debit card payments
Is my card information secure?
Yes absolutely! Your card information is encrypted during transmission, and we assure you that the information you provide is only used for the requested transaction and is not stored.
Can I still make changes to my order after placing it?
Order changes, cancellations, shipping address update needs to be done within 12 hrs from when you placed your order. If you need to amend something, simply send us an email at info@thepillowdrop.com and we'll do our best to get this sorted for you.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, don't worry, just send us an email at info@thepillowdrop.com with your name and order number explaining the issue, along with any photo's that may assist us. Our Customer Service team will do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
