- Accidental Damage
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
- After-market modifications
- Improper size or color selection
- Returns or exchanges for products with water exposure
- Cancellations outside our 24 hour cancellations period. (See cancellations section below)
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ITEMS?
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll let you know how to return it. Once it gets back to us, we'll refund you (minus your initial delivery charge). Please return the goods in their original condition!
DAMAGED ITEM / MANUFACTURING FAULT
In the event that you have received a faulty or damaged item and wish to return it, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org To assist us with processing your request faster, please provide your full name, order number, details of the fault or damage and include a photograph clearly identifying the damaged or faulty area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface in a well-lit area.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, not to worry, this can be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed by contacting us and letting us know you would like to cancel. To assist us with processing your request, please provide your full name and order number. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method. We are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, thepillowdrop.com has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer.
Brexit : The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement provides for zero tariffs and zero quotas on all trade in goods originating in the UK to the EU. This means there should no customs or duties when ordering to the EU, however you should always check your Government website for more information. On the occasion there are duties to be paid, these must be paid by the customer.
Any changes to your order or shipping address updates need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. For any requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes to orders after 24 hours have passed.
