Our Story

The Pillow Drop was founded by Mitch and Ria in 2022, when they spotted a gap for chic, colourful and fun cushions that are beautifully made and genuinely affordable.

With a shared love of needlepoint and design, they set out to reimagine the traditional craft in a way that feels modern, joyful and completely our own. Every design is created in our London studio, then made in the UK by our specialist embroidery partner: hand-stitched in needlepoint and finished with a soft velvet back.

And then there's Truffles, our dog and the real star of the show: chief cushion tester, resident model and never far from the nearest pillow.
