Meet Mitch, Ria & Truffles
We're Mitch and Ria. We started The Pillow Drop in 2022 because we couldn't find chic, colourful needlepoint cushions that didn't cost a fortune, so we designed our own.
Every design is created in our London studio and every cushion is made in the UK. And the real star of the show? Our dog Truffles, chief cushion tester and resident model.

Where are The Pillow Drop cushions made?
Right here in the UK. Every design is created by our small team in London, and every cushion is made in the UK by our specialist embroidery partner. We take inspiration from the places we love, the things we all secretly think, and our wonderful community.
How does the Black Friday offer work?
Buy any two cushions and get a third free, chosen from our Collector's Edit. Add all three to your bag and the free one comes off at checkout. It's on now until 1 December and excludes personalised cushions, bundles and gift cards.
Can I personalise a cushion?
Yes. Choose from our Blue, Floral, Green or Nursery designs and add a name, initials or short message. Personalised cushions are made to order and make lovely birthday, wedding and new baby gifts. Design your own.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10am go out the same day, and we offer 24 hour and 48 hour delivery options. We ship worldwide, and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Do you offer cushion bundles?
Yes. Our cushion bundles are styled sets of five, and you only pay for four.
How do I care for my needlepoint cushion?
Because of the needlepoint detailing, we recommend spot cleaning, hand washing or dry cleaning. Please don't tumble dry, as this can cause shrinkage.
